What we do
Whether a small or large development, we are committed to providing our clients with a tailored and bespoke block management service that will capture all the needs of your building.
We achieve this through our local and engaging team regularly inspecting your development to pro-actively identify maintenance issues whilst ensuring compliance requirements are met.
Based in York City Centre, we cover all the Yorkshire regions, offering management services to Residential Management Companies, Directors of Right to Manage Companies, Property Developers, Freeholders and Landowners.
Residential Management Companies (RMC)
A residential management company is formed by residents in a block of flats who want to undertake the management and maintenance of the building.
A managing agent has the primary purpose to serve the leaseholders they represent, and to enforce the terms of the Lease.
Frequent communication with leaseholders and tenants is of paramount importance to ensure leaseholders and occupiers are aware of both planned and reactive work taking place at the development.
Property
Developers
An experienced and passionate managing agent is important for any new-build development.
We work closely with developers of new blocks to carefully set realistic and accurate service charge budgets for your building, which can be justified to prospective property purchasers.
Freeholders and
Landowners
We work with small individual private freeholders and national freeholders who are responsible for appointing a managing agent to manage a leasehold block.
We can assist Freeholders in the negotiation of lease extensions, the collection of ground rent or dealing with legal queries such as Deed of Variations for Lease terms or Consents for property alterations.
Considering a change...?
You may become dissatisfied with your managing agent. If you find yourself considering a change, we would be delighted to meet and present an alternative.
If you would like to consider a change, we would first arrange a site meeting to inspect your development, meeting with you to understand your needs and requirements before providing a written management proposal that would outline the specification and confirm a management service level.
If instructed to manage your block, we would liaise with your existing agent to ensure all management information is handed over in a timely manner so that we can take on the management responsibilities for your block. We utilise a carefully crafted handover document to ensure no information is missed during this process, providing you with a comprehensive and smooth handover experience.
